To open SOLIDWORKS, start by looking at the upper datum, a stretching geometry.

Then, select the top surface and make a positioning "hole" (circle).

Next, select the shaped hole wizard and start drilling threaded holes. In the type, set the parameters of the hole type, standard, size of the threaded hole, and then switch to the position.

Finally, select the 3D sketch, place the position of the threaded holes, click the check mark to complete the drilling, and the threaded holes are added.
